Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The house is spacious with 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath upstairs & 1 bedroom & 1 full bath downstairs. Each bedroom has a TV. Enjoy coffee/drinks on the back deck or front porch. Full size washer/dryer & parking for 1 car with keypad entry to operate the garage door. The H Street trolley is nearby & will take you down H St to Union Station. H Street is home to great restaurants & bars. No cleaning fee!

The space
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one has one queen bed and the second has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. There is also one full bathroom upstairs with bathtub/shower.

The third bedroom is down stairs and has one queen bed. The bedroom has a smart TV. There is also a full bathroom downstairs with a stall shower.

The main floor has the living room w/smart TV, kitchen and dining area that leads onto the back deck.

The parking pad is under the back deck of the house. You can access it from the rear alley by turning into the alley from F St a few houses down from my house or from 16th St. There is a white garage door with a keypad to operate the garage door opener. You can enter and exit the house from the parking pad area.

Please note that if you are traveling with pets, there is not a yard for them to relieve themselves. You will have to take them out to the sidewalk to pee/poop.
