The space
5 acres farm , a room of 200 sqft with a 30sqft attach bath room with hot water geyser and a private sit out 160 sqft , 7kms away from high way CCD and 9kms away from KSRTC , public transport auto is available and if you have own vechile it’s easy to check in the place , no hotels available ,you can order from Swiggy or zomato , a liquor shop is available in 200 mtrs ,power backup is available.

Guest access
They can use the whole farm and walk in anywhere , with out spoiling the trees and plants , if you guys want to drink and and chill it’s only in the room or out side room sit out area.

Other things to note
I wouldn’t recommend a loud music parties in the premises nor a out side visitor , you can play music and chill at the your sit out area or room but no loud music nor out side guest allowed.
