This apartment is attached to another 3 bedroom unit that is also rented long term(1 month minimum), but there is a separate private entrance to both residences to maintain privacy of our guests! This property is located about 1 block to the nearest bus stop (under 15 minutes direct bus to University, 7 minutes to area hospitals ), 5 minute walk to extensive Willamette river paths that will take you through a scenic bike ride or walk. This path system is also a great way to get to and from the track, University, Autzen Stadium, PK park, downtown Eugene or Springfield.
