The space
Welcome to Casa Carmen Colosseo, a 90-square-meter apartment renovated with care in 2024, to offer you an elegant and cozy environment that can accommodate up to 5 people.
The spaces are spacious and bright, furnished with Italian design and equipped with all the comforts.
- Two Double Rooms, equipped with high quality artisanal beds and hot/cold air conditioning. The largest room, in addition to the double bed, includes a large sofa bed (also double) perfect for families or groups of friends. The request for the sofa bed must be made at the time of booking, or a few days before check-in. The second bedroom has access to the terrace. Each bedroom has a study corner, great for business travelers.
- A Large Bathroom with Shower:
The bathroom is a small oasis of wellness, with two hairdryer stations and illuminated back mirrors, ideal for preparing for an evening in the city.
- An Elegant and Spacious Stay:
A comfortable leather sofa invites you to relax in front of the smart TV to connect to your Netflix after a day of exploring. The table with designer chairs and fully equipped kitchenette make this space perfect for intimate dinners and moments of conviviality.
- A Private Outdoor Space:
A lovely little terrace where you can enjoy your alfresco meals surrounded by tranquility, or relax after a busy day.
Each room is independent from the living room, guaranteeing great privacy from the rest of the house.

• Silence: The apartment is located on a street with very low traffic flow despite the central location. The house is extremely quiet also thanks to the latest-generation windows and the thick walls a meter that guarantee silence and privacy, ensuring a great rest.
It's great for family trips, couples of friends, or business trips.
Getting around:
You can move comfortably to the best places of interest in the center of Rome both on foot and by metro (Manzoni line A stop 100 meters away and stop S. Giovanni line A and C 200 meters away) or by bus (100 meters away stops 16 – 714 – 85 – 87 – C3) and tram ( line 8 to Colosseum, Trastevere; line 3 to Piramide and Valle Giulia). The bus stop for "out door" trips and taxis are 100 meters away.
I will be happy to recommend local places and restaurants where you can eat , places to visit, and itineraries to do in the day.
On your arrival you will find a map of the city with metro and bus stops to move in complete autonomy.
In this house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, umbrellas, a reading corner with books and catalogues on architecture, ancient and contemporary art, fast Wi-Fi fibre connection and USB and USB-C sockets in all rooms.
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
Casa Carmen Colosseo is easily accessible by Taxi from Ciampino and Fiumicino airports.
From Fiumicino you can take a train /shuttle to Termini Station, from here you just take metro A and get off after two stops in Manzoni (after 100 meters you will be at home), or always from Termini Station, if you want , in 20 minutes on foot you will be at home.
Upon request, I can recommend a private transport service that has cars of every size depending on luggage and the number of people, just let me know a little in advance.
The area is not limited to ZTL traffic, so you can arrive by car or taxi downstairs, I will show you private parking for a fee nearby.
From the door you enter staircase B, from here you go up only 7 steps and after a glass door you reach the apartment.

GETTING AROUND :
At 300 meters you will find a supermarket open 7 days a week, breakfast bars and restaurants.
Behind the house is a typical Roman trattoria that will welcome you with warmth, I have known the owner personally for years and will have you with special treatment.
The strategic location will allow you to easily reach the most important places of interest in Rome:

- Staircase Santa and Sancta Sanctorum 100 meters away
- Via Sannio Market 300 meters away

The metro ( line A) is practically below the house; from here with a few stops you can reach the places of greatest historical interest:
- 4 metro stops to Trevi Fountain (Barberini)
- 5 metro stops to Piazza di Spagna ( Spain)
- 7 metro stops for S. Pietro and Vatican Museums (Lepanto)
