Cozy 400 sq. ft. first-floor efficiency right on the water. Includes a separate bedroom, private bathroom with shower, and comfortable living area. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, Keurig, air fryer/toaster oven, induction burner, cookware, dishes, utensils, and glasses.

Enjoy the kayaks, fishing poles, and bikes during your stay. Your covered parking spot is right next to the apartment, while the upstairs rental has its own separate driveway and parking area.

The space
Welcome to Treasure Trove! Our waterfront home is the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Spend your mornings with coffee on the waterfront patio, enjoy an afternoon on the water, and end the day grilling dinner on the charcoal grill.

The home offers a comfortable bedroom, large TV, and air conditioning throughout to keep you cool after a day outside. Guests can enjoy our two single kayaks, making it easy to get out on the water and explore.

One of the best parts of staying here is the location. Restaurants, dining, and live music are all within walking distance, so you can leave the car behind and enjoy the area.

The second-floor unit is also available to rent and has its own private driveway and separate entrance, giving both spaces their own privacy.

Other things to note
The boat lift is not available. There is room to float your boat at the dock. dock space for your boat needs to be reserved. there is also an upstairs unit and we can only fit one boat.
