I was a bit surprised upon arrival to discover there were a few buildings. So all the nice facilities: pool, gym, cafe, restaurant, media room are all in the other buildings. Songpra Apartment is much like a college dorm. I got two beds and two closets so that was nice. Since I stayed alone. The bathroom is standard. My room even came with a nice tv and fridge. It is a spacious room and for the most part zero complaints there. My issue rests with the contact Sewie. She's slow to respond and VERY unreasonable in trying to solve the only major issue I had here. At no point before I booked or upon arrival was I informed I would have to pay for an internet connection in my room. She said I had to pay for wifi, but I am fine using ethernet. So I purchased a cord, only to discover they only offer wifi, at a fee. Now the fee is not astronomical. It's 500TBH for the month. But I discovered my ethernet cord was not working and paying for wifi was the only option Day 7 or 8 out of 30 days. I asked if i could have the charge pro-rated since already a week had elapsed. She flat out refused. Only repeating again and again my ONLY option is to pay the 500TBH. This wouldn't have been a problem, except when I did go to other facilities the free wifi there was very unstable, slow, and unsecure. So I asked Sewie if this is what I could also expect if I pay 500THB for my room in Songpra. She never responded directly. Just threatened to cancel my reservation if I refused to pay the fee for wifi, which the room was ADVERTISED as including internet! I said time and time again I don't need wifi, ethernet is fine. She said they only offer wifi. By Day 12~13 we still hadn't arrived at a solution. I would ask if I could have a discounted price since I had already stayed for nearly half my planned time. She refused. She was always threatening to cancel my reservation, saying I was "the only one complaining about everything." To which i said I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Songpra, only I need internet bc I am not here on vaction, rather I came for a CELTA course. Anyways, in the end the only solution was to go down to the other building every 3 days for a 50THB wifi connection. VERY UNSTABLE, VERY SLOW. I could only use one device at a time. I had to keep signing in every time my device slept. I would only stay here again if I was on vacation. Not if I am taking a highly rigorous course that demands an internet connection to complete my assignments.

Overall very good experience. I loved spending time at the pool/jacuzzi especially in the evening when almost no one was there.
