Built in the early 1900's, the home has some natural floor sloping, part of historic charm, and completely safe. There are 3 steps to go up from the back door with a hand rail.
Located in a small community close to a lot of nice places to visit and site see. 5 miles from the Missouri River.
Surrounded by flowering hedges and a nice flower garden.
Off street parking.
Fenced yard with a gate to close to keep your dog safe.
Surrounded by agriculture fields, cows, deer, antelope, and birds.

The space
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a twin with a trundle (that can become a king bed), and the office has a futon.
Full laundry room.
Bathroom has a tub and shower combo.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and reverse osmosis water system.
Central air has been installed

Guest access
You will have the whole house and a nice outside sitting area.
There is a smart lock on the door. We will give you the information the morning of you checking in.
There is 3 steps to go up from the door. Otherwise it's a single level house.

Other things to note
The house was built in the 1900's and has some natural floor sloping, part of its historic charm, and completely safe. 3 steps you go up from the back door with a sturdy handrail.
We are only a few miles away, so if you need anything we would be there quickly if needed.
Please let us know how you want the beds set up if more then 4 guests will be there.
