Charming 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a small art deco secure building. High ceilings, plenty of sunlight and lots of character!

While its located right in the heart of Randwick Junction with everything at your fingertips, the apartment is set at the back of the block with no street noise. The apartment is fully furnished with stylish yet comfy furniture so you can kick back and relax.

Other things to note

Please note that our quaint 1930s building has no lift and our apartment is up two flights of stairs.

The apartment doesn’t have a car space.

Belmore Rd and the intersecting streets (Waratah St and Arthur St) all have 2 hour parking Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and on weekends until about midday. It’s unlimited outside of these hours. All day parking is available on some parts of Botany Rd which is a 5 minute walk away.

While our shower has awesome water pressure, our hot water tank is only small. As such the hot water only runs for 15 minutes and then requires another 15-20 minutes to warm up again. Time your showers accordingly ;)

Very nice apartment and landlord. Near two supermarkets and the beach, easy to access to city for traveling. Clear and light, providing a lot of things that any hotels will not offer.

A delightful and charmingly furnished 2 br unit right in the heart of Randwick yet with almost no traffic noise. Highly recommended for business stay or holiday where there is no need for a car. The place was clean and we appreciated the thoughtful little touches that Micky and Matt had given in order to make us feel very welcome.

Micky was very prompt in replying to any messages. Really nice apartment in a good neighbourhood. All the amenities are right on the doorstep. The only minor problems are no parking space and a bit of a climb to the apartment - two stories - on the top floor.

Micky and Matt where great hosts. All the pre-arrival information was clear and very informative which was great. When we arrived at the apartment it was easy to locate the key and get into the apartment, which was great as we arrived late. The apartment was clean and the beds were super comfy. Location wise we were in the heart of randwick, which was great for us. Definitely would go back and hopefully book Micky and Matt apartment.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment. Exactly what we required. Very well located and easily accessible to all the places we needed to get to. The hosts were fantastic. Very kind, helpful and would definitely consider booking the apartment again for our future travels to Sydney.
