Other things to note
There is no TV, but there is high speed internet.
This is our family home and we would like to welcome visitors who will respect the space as we will. Newport is built with wooden houses which are very close together, and respect of neighbors is important. The building itself is an 1840's wood home and excessive noise can disturb neighbors above, below as well as in adjoining buildings. Noise is a real concern and guests should be aware that Newport has a strict noise ordinance that prohibits ANY noise after 10pm.
As is the norm these days, guests should smoke outside. Guests are welcome to smoke in the backyard so long as it does not disturb anyone else.
Please take your trash out prior to check-out. The bins are located on the side of the house. Please separate recyclables/trash.
Please leave the apartment tidy and in the condition you found it. Beds should be stripped and sheets left on top.
