Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Bauhinia room is located in the privacy of the 1st floor CahayaVilla03 gated property. Inspired by a contemporary Terengganu and Balinese architecture and layout, it is equipped with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, flat screen TV, ensuite spacious bathroom with bath tub, kitchenette & a balcony overlooking the vernacular surrounding. Fit 3-4 guests. Sharing swimming pool, fish pond, mini gym, dining room and beautiful garden.
Breakfast is provided.
The space
CahayaVilla Resort consists of 3 different sections:
🌹CV1 - The Villa (1 unit)
🌹CV2 - The Chalets (2 units: Heliconia Chalet & Alpinia Chalet)
🌹CV3 - The Rooms (5 units: Calathea Room, Pisonia Room, Bauhinia Room, Vernonia Room & Plumeria 2BR Suite)
Guest access
For the Bauhinia Room, please proceed to Gate 3. It will lead you into a spacious parking spaces in a private gated wall of CahayaVilla03.
Other things to note
Please ensure your own family members safety at all time especially at the main entrance door’s stepping stones on the fish pond, around and in the swimming pool too. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries during your stay in our premise.
The RULES and REGULATIONS:
1. Please follow the check in and check out instructions provided
2. Check in time is at 3.00pm
3. Check out time is at 12.00pm
4. Please let us know in advance if you are arriving earlier than the normal check in time
5. NO smoking at anytime inside the house
6. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor social area only
7. Please observe and practice the cleanliness and safety guidelines inside the property all the time
8. Guests can use all the facilities and appliances provided with due respect to its functions and always handle the usage with care and cleanliness.
9. The BBQ sessions is only allowed to be conducted in the private outdoor social area using the provided BBQ pit and utensils for a safety reason.
10. Swimming pool usage is at guests own risk and please observe all the standard safety of swimming pool.
11. Maximum up to 10 people in the pool at one time to avoid discomfort or accident.
12. Guests must use proper swimming attire for their own safety and comfort
13. All appliances used must be cleaned, washed and placed back to its original locations. (These includes all electrical appliances, kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, placemats, BBQ pit and utensils, etc)
14. NO alcohol and Non-Halal food allowed on the premise at all time
15. NO loud noise and loud music allowed on the premise at all time. Please respect and observe the sensitivity of the local people/neighbourhood and surau/mosques nearby
16. DO NOT litter. Please place all the trashes in the bin provided and use the recycle coding respectively.
17. Any damage or missing items will be charged three (3) times of the price for each items.
18. Penalty will be imposed if leave the house in bad and messy condition.
19. Vandalism and nuisance is a crime. Please take care of your family members and do not involve in any of these offences at all time on the premise.
BBQ rules & regulations:
🪴BBQ pit is provided for the convenience of our guests. It is located outside the house in the private outdoor social area.
🪴Please place the BBQ pit ONLY in the stipulated area to avoid unnecessary disturbance to our flora and fauna in the garden.
🪴The BBQ sessions is only allowed to be conducted in the private outdoor social area using the provided BBQ pit and utensils for a safety reason.
🪴Guests need to prepare their own BBQ meals
🪴Guests to make sure all the BBQ equipments used must be cleaned and washed thoroughly to avoid unhygienic condition for the next guests use. And place it back to the storage area.
