Our 1880's farmhouse B&B is located on a 4-acre property, in the beautiful Beaver Valley. We operate 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and we provide a delicious breakfast. Only minutes from skiing, hiking, galleries, shops, and fine dining.

The space

We have made efforts to make 3 Sisters B&B as cozy a stay as possible for our guests. When you book with us, you have a private space with a shared bathroom. If you're a family, looking for lots of your own space, our 3 bedrooms are perfect for 6 people. We have a roll away cot for a 7th ($40.00 extra for the cot).

Guest access

Our three bedrooms are located at the west end or front of the 3 Sisters B&B, on the second floor. Guest access is through the back (east) entrance, which will bring you into the back foyer of the house.

Interaction with guests

We are always available for questions and we love to know a bit more about you. That said, we want to ensure you have the privacy you want, when you stay with us.

Other things to note

We have two lovable and furry golden retrievers who sometimes have puppies! We also have two calico kitties who are usually out of sight. While we ensure that our animals never go to the second floor, those with severe pet allergies may have difficulty staying here.

Kirsty and Bart were very accommodating, the house is in a nice country setting with lots of greenery, the rooms (upstairs) are rustic cozy, and Kirsty and Bart take the "BnB" in "AirBnB" literally by providing a nice breakfast each day. They also breed a few dogs, which are friendly and cute but are kept in a separate part of the house. I had a nice and relaxing stay here.

Bart and Kirsty were extremely considerate and welcoming hosts. They have a lovely, well maintained and comfortable property. Prior to our visit, Bart had inquired about allergies and, not only remembered them, but had gone out of his way to accommodate and insure that I was aware that my request was being followed. The very impressive breakfast that was provided (family style) each morning was a hot, cooked meal as well as fruit, yoghurt, and juice. Both Kirsty and Bart inquired regularly whether we were comfortable and were always there to greet us in the morning and when we arrived back at the end of the day. With regards to the location, the listing has very good directions as well as GPS coordinates, and was very easy for us to use as a starting point for our activities in the area. I would highly recommend 3 Sisters B&B.

3sistersBB When my husband and I arrived at 3 Sisters B&B, we were warmly greeted by Kirsty as soon as we stepped out of the car. She made us feel very welcome. Kirsty showed us the house and room - a century-old updated farmhouse that has retained its antique character, quaintness and quirkiness. The bedroom was simple, but spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A charming country property on acres of beautiful land with an orchard and many huge trees providing refreshing shaded areas, especially nice when sipping Kirsty's cool lemonade on a very hot afternoon. Right off the highway, the sound of motor vehicles are noticeable, but it quiets down after hours and on weekends. Kirsty's breakfasts were freshly made, most delicious and copious. A few minutes away, are the lovely little towns of Clarksburg and Thornbury, offering many locally owned and operated shops, arts and crafts, antiques and restaurants, as well as beautiful examples of grand Victorian homes and picture perfect cottages. The Blue Mountains area in general is gorgeous. We very much enjoyed our stay with Kirsty and Bart, their friendly and casual approach to hosting with the help of their sweet pets will put any travellers at ease.

We had a great stay at Kirsty & Bart's place! The room was very spacious, and clean. They also had a fire pit in their huge backyard which was amazing at night! We had to check out early the next day because we had Eco tour booked in the morning, and they accommodated our breakfast time by an hour. They are very friendly and inviting people, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. will be back for sure!

Kirsty and Bart ( and the two adorable golden retrievers ) were very welcoming! We especially enjoyed breakfast in the morning, Kirsty's hand-drawn maps for off-the-beaten-path hiking adventures and their advice on nearby attractions!

Hi Topher and Elizabeth, Thanks for your awesome review...we so enjoyed meeting and chatting with you. I take it you found your way in light of Kirsty's scribbles ... hope the views were worthwhile!! Thanks for the kudos for the breakfast! We just got a mini-fridge delivered today from Costco (they make it easy to spend $$), which will be for all guests and the sign guy has been busy making us a sign for the road (thanks for the feedback!). Tell all your family and friends about us...we'd love to accommodate you in the future. All the best, Bart and Kirsty
