Guest have access to the entire home except two locked closets where we store extra supplies.

Other things to note
Parties are prohibited from this property. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Locals bookings are only approved on a case by case basis and are generally not allowed. The one booking has to be at least 25. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home and noise monitoring for safety reasons. No audio is recorded, they just monitor sound levels to detect for parties or sound that would disturb neighbors.

If the approved guest/ car count is exceeded or there are multiple instances of noise disturbances your reservation may be canceled.

Guests not on the reservation are not allowed on the property without permission in advance.

Events are allowed on a case by case basis and require an additional event payment.
