This bright and airy apartment is designed to make our guests feel right at home. Floor-to-ceiling French doors in the living area flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views of Falmouth Harbour and the scenic beauty of St Mawes. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while soaking in the picturesque maritime panorama from the comfort of your living room.
The bedroom boasts a very comfortable king-size bed with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Ample storage space is available to keep your belongings organised and out of the way.
In the fully equipped kitchen, prepare your favourite meals with modern amenities including a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils.
Relax in the cosy living area on the comfortable sofa, enjoying the spectacular sea views or catching up on your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV with streaming services. Stay connected with high-speed fibre internet throughout the apartment and freshen up in the modern bathroom featuring a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience, and we provide detailed instructions to make your arrival seamless. Unfortunately we have no private parking, however, free parking can be found on a few streets nearby. Alternatively, you can pay for parking in the convenient public carpark right outside the apartment.

Parking: While the apartment does not come with dedicated parking, several public parking options are available nearby. Or you can also look to find free parking a few of the streets nearby.
Public Transport: Excellent transport links are within easy reach, with Falmouth Town railway station just a short walk away.
Accessibility: Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Noise: As we're centrally located, the apartment is very close to several bars, pubs and clubs. So you may experience some late-night noise. While we're not situated directly on the high street side, there is a car park to the rear, which could occasionally contribute to the ambient sounds.
Events: During Falmouth Week in August and the Sea Shanty festival each year, festivities may slightly alter the usual view from the apartment. Marquees will be set up in the car park between the flat and the sea at the rear for various events. Therefore, please note that your typical view could be temporarily affected during this period and there will be live music played until around midnight on some of the nights.
