The apartment is located within the modern 'La Musa' building, which stands out for its amenities: 2 large outdoor swimming pools, Gym, private Parking, Sauna, Laundry and 24-hour security.

The space
It has everything you need for an excellent stay: living room with fully equipped kitchen, complete set of dishes, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning in both rooms, sunny balcony overlooking the pool, WiFi, and Smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room. The bedroom is very sunny. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm) with top-notch white cotton bedding and has black-out roller curtains. Parking available for guests (included in rate) in a private garage inside the building. Capacity: 1 car. The building offers large gardens with two external pools (not heated) ideal for swimming in summer. Additionally, guests can also access the gym and sauna.

The pools can be used from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Children under 16 years of age are NOT allowed to be alone in the pool. If that happens, fines could be applied. Access to the gym and sauna is from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM and is only allowed for adults over 16 years of age.
