The space
This cozy apartment is in a historic Minneapolis duplex and offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities and three bedrooms with their own work spaces. There's a deck off the apartment so you can enjoy some outdoor time and the expansive view. This is a great rental for those coming to town for work, for school, transitioning to a new place, or just coming to visit to our vibrant city!

Although a car is nice, bike paths and public transportation are plentiful in the area!

Our apartment is in the heart of South Minneapolis. We're in a cozy "nook block" across the street from Powderhorn Park (right across from the tennis court), and right near bus lines and bike lanes. The rental is easily reachable to and from various hospitals, downtown activities, MOA/airport, as well as the U of M and only a mile from Abbott Northwestern and Children's, and just a few miles from HCMC, U of M and Downtown to Target Field and US Bank Stadium.
