Only for adventurous minded groups who would like to stay in downtown Portland in an empty brick warehouse that was originally built in 1911. The location is in the heart of the City with dozens of restaurants and the Timbers stadium at your door.
The 10,000 square foot warehouse has indoor parking on the first floor for 10 cars and your gear can be hoisted up to the second floor in the hydraulic car elevator or by stairwell. The open space is outfitted with 4 King size hotel beds in a shared space with a 5th King size bed in a separate room. There are 2 bathrooms and a shower with functional kitchenette. The dining table seats 8-10 for group meals.
This is rough space that has been glammed with comfortable sleeping tents and a common area with outdoor furniture.
The whole warehouse is yours and available for whatever you can imagine. A large grocery store is located across the street so no need to stock up on items, just walk out your door and hit the salad bar, sushi go-round or pizza shop. Only a few blocks to trendy NW 23rd with dozens of restaurants within walking distance and very close to the MAX station.
2 Starbucks within a block for your internet access and morning coffee.
4 blocks to the access of the Arboretum and over 30 miles of hiking trails in Forest Parks.

Other things to note
This place is vintage so if you are looking for the Four Seasons, you will be disappointed. This is for adventure minded types who like roughing it and want to experience a historic warehouse in the heart of the City.
Fire marshall limits space to no more than 18 people so no large parties allowed and all guests must respect neighborhood quiet hours. Loud music is not permitted due to proximity to adjacent apartment buildings.
No kegs and space must be returned to similar condition presented upon arrival.
