Welcome to our cozy suburban home, just a 15-minute drive from RDU Airport & Research Triangle Park, also conveniently 3 miles from Crabtree Valley Shopping & Dining, 9 miles from downtown Raleigh.

Nearby enjoy Lake Lynn or Lake Shelley, a short 10 minute drive to beautiful Umstead State Park, quick access to Grocery Store & Gym. You'll love how walkable and friendly our neighborhood is!

The space
Make yourself at home! Feel free to use the backyard fireplace pit too! We are more than happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

You are renting the entire upper floor, as this home has been converted into 2 completely separate units. You have 2 bedrooms, a full bath, living room, dining, kitchen.

Please know laundry is not available.

Guest access
As our guest, you have access to the entire upper unit of the house, accessed via the front door.

For our long-term guests, we are happy to store any larger, personal belongings that you may not want in your room (extra suitcase, sports equipment, fishing gear, etc etc.) in our attic or outdoor storage shed.
