Point Villa is just a few steps away from Jeffreys Bay’s beautiful Point Beach which offers excellent year round surfing , dolphin watching or lazing on the beach .
Supertubes, a world class surf spot is a short walk away. The owners live upstairs and have small dogs. There are four air conditioned ground floor rooms with kitchenettes, en- suite bathrooms .wifi and back up power.

The space
Room four is a compact air conditioned room ( 11 m2) with a queen bed and a flat screen TV with Netflix and is suitable for one adult or a couple .
Wifi is available free of charge .
A cupboard is available for long stays .
A small kitchenette has a prep bowl , bar fridge , microwave, air fryer , coffee plunger as well as crockery and utensils.
The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and toilet .
Bath towels and shower body wash are provided .

Guest access
Please confirm arrival time at least half an hour before arrival so you can be met by Kirst our mangeress within five minutes of arrival at the ground floor side external gate at the point villa sign. You can park anywhere on the grass road verge off the tar road.
Kirsti will run through the access procedure and provide the code to the second access controlled external gate which is on the seaside boundary wall a short walk away .
As you enter the gate the room is accessible through a sliding door a few feet away.

Other things to note
No events , functions or parties are allowed and low noise levles are to be strictly maintained at all times .
All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed .
Rooms are serviced once a week for longer stays only or on request .
