Located on the clearest water and the sandiest bottoms of Lake Sinclair, this Retreat is on a point where the view is expansive and the privacy to get away from the hustle and bustle is ample. Fishing is plentiful and the recreation is active among this side of the lake. Relax by the fire pit, rent a boat and dock up, or watch the lake activities from the front row on the new deck. This freshened lake house features plenty of private parking with WiFi to enjoy while sunbathing on the dock.

The space
Bring your family and friends and enjoy 417 shoreline miles of Lake Sinclair and its well-known fishing and recreation. Retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city life with coffee and a walk down to the water!

25 mins to downtown Milledgeville, GCSU and Georgia Military College. The Ritz Carlton is also only about an hour and a half away.

Kitchen: fully equipped with cooking basics, pots and pans, dish ware & flatware, grilling utensils, coffee maker, microwave, crock pot, and toaster.

Living space: Enjoy the serene water views along with the option of watching your favorite movies or shows on a full tilt mount TV. Board games, books, cards, and puzzles are also available.

Bedrooms: Accommodates/sleeps 8.
Master suite: 1 Queen bed. On main level.
2nd bedroom: also located on the main level with Queen size bed.
Take a staircase to the cozy loft that includes 1 Queen bed and 2 twin beds (bunk beds).
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Outdoors: Grill, outdoor cushioned seating on porch, outdoor dining table with umbrella to seat 4, fire pit area with 4 chairs and great water views. Bring your poles for fishing as it is plentiful. Seating with umbrella at dock. Variety of floats available. 2 kayaks available for use. Please remember to bring life jackets in specific sizes if needed. Beach towels are provided to save room in your suitcases.

Parking: Private/free

Washer and dryer, linens and towels.
We offer a starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent. Iron and hair dryer available. No toiletries provided .
