The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances and utensils for guests who prefer to cook during their stay.

- There is air conditioning only in the living-room
- The apartment is on the first floor, and there is no elevator in the building
- The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own.
FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee
- Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee
- If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply
