Welcome to The Royal Oaks Home, a beautiful two-story, 2,700 sq ft retreat sitting on a spacious 0.39-acre corner lot surrounded by mature oak trees. This peaceful and private home is designed for families, large groups, celebrations, and relaxing getaways near SeaWorld and San Antonio’s top attractions.
With 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 12 guests, the home offers comfort, space, and flexibility for every group. Enjoy 6 beds total, including 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed—perfect for multi-generational families or groups traveling together.

House Rules & Notes
• No white towels or bedsheets on the floor
• No white towels in the swimming pool area
• No parties exceeding 12 guests (including children)
• Small family celebrations are allowed (birthday, graduation, etc.) — please treat the house with care
• The pool is serviced March–November depending on weather
• Hot tub is available all year
• $100 pet fee (per stay)

• Quiet residential neighborhood — please respect noise after 9:00 PM
• No fireworks, candles, or confetti indoors
• No colored frosting, colored cream cake, or food dye on white furniture
• Please dry off before using indoor furniture if coming from pool or hot tub
