Welcome to the Reyes-Altman Family Villa. This is our Spanish-style retreat in Las Terrenas, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Playa Bonita. I’ve designed it to feel both authentic and comfortable—where you can enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean while still having all the modern touches you need to relax.

In the mornings, you’ll wake to the sound of birds, sunlight dancing on the pool, and the scent of tropical flowers. Days can be as slow or as lively as you like—grill in the backyard, gather by the beach-sand bonfire, cool off under the outdoor showers, or simply stretch out with a book in one of the quiet corners. Even rainy days feel special here, sitting on the porch as the showers sweep across the garden, filling the air with the smell of fresh rain and grass.

At night, you’ll drift off to the soothing chorus of crickets and distant waves. Staying at RAF Villa is about connection—to nature, to the town, and to the people you share it with. It’s a genuine Dominican experience, not one that hides you away from the island’s soul.

Pool safety: Please enjoy the pool responsibly no diving, and children must always be supervised.

BBQ & bonfire: The BBQ is yours to use freely. The bonfire is available only with prior authorization so we can ensure everything is prepared safely.

Noise: Out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful setting, please keep music and noise to a considerate level, especially at night.

Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors need prior approval.

Air conditioning: Please use the AC mindfully and turn it off when not needed.

Electricity: Usage is metered, so thoughtful energy use helps us keep the villa sustainable and fair for everyone.

Care for the property: We ask that you treat the villa as if it were your own home keeping spaces clean, using furniture and amenities gently, and reporting any issues right away.
