🔹 GENERAL RULES
🔇 Silêncio
Between 9:00 am and 9:00 am, we ask you to avoid noise to respect everyone's rest.
🤝 Respect for others
-Trate other guests and collaborators cordially.
🧼 Hygiene
-Evite stains on bedding and towels (such as blood, makeup or food).
- In case of excessive damage or dirt, a replacement fee or additional cleaning may be charged.
🗑️ Trash
-Please put together all the garbage of the unit (kitchen, bathroom and other areas).
🚫 Vestimenta
- It is forbidden to circulate in common areas without shirt or in underwear.
🚭 Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any area of the building, including inside the unit.
- Subject to the fine of R$250.00, out of extra cleaning fee.
🐶 Pets
We do not accept pets at this time.
🎉 Parties & Events
Events or celebrations are not allowed that could disturb other guests.
👥 Visitors
-Permitidos only with prior authorization. Additional fee may be charged.
Unit Specific 🔹 Rules
🛁 • Towels
- Each guest is entitled to 1 bath towel and 1 face towel.
-The grey towel is for use on the bathroom floor.
🧽 Cleaning and conservation
-Cuide the unit as if it were your own.
Don't discard objects into the toilet.
-Do not discard anything by the windows.
- Do not hang items on the outside of the unit.
