Direct beach access, large private balcony, walk to restaurants, shops, the plaza and jazz club. 5 min drive to Kiosks in Luquillo with 45 restaurants, shops & bars. 15 min drive to El Yunque or Fajardo's beaches. 25 min to Ceiba ferry to Culebra & Vieques, 35 min drive to SJU airport & metro area. Located in gated complex w/ security. Perfect location to explore

The space
Open concept apartment with private balcony and million dollar view! Over 700 sq ft of space with large bedroom and 1 queen bed, AC, TV, WIFI, full bathroom and walk-in closet with dresser as well and hanger space to store garments.

Spacious living room and dining room off the balcony has large smart TV with premium channels you can log onto and WiFi, comfy couch, games, bi-fold balcony doors leading out to large balcony with bar top table seating for two.

Galley style kitchen with bar top seating, stove top, drip coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, wine glasses, coffee mugs cooking utensils and cutlery and essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, oil, and dish soap. In unit washer/dryer.

Bathroom provides liquid soaps, shampoo and conditioner, first aid kit, hair dryer, TP, freshly laundered bath towels.

Ironing board and iron located inside bedroom closet.

Two beach chairs provided on balcony. Beach/pool towels provided, 1 per guest per stay, cooler and umbrella.

Balcony offers 180 degree view of Playa Azul Beach, and El Yunque view from the hallway.

We have a self check in system for your convenience. Code is provided in check-in instructions sent an hour prior to 4:00pm start check-in time. Keys located in lock-box.

Gorgeous courtyard and Pools, Children Playing Area, Tennis Courts, Basketball, Paddle Ball Court, convenient private beach access, all centrally located across from shopping center. Go on an adventure and visit places like El Yunque, Fajardo Marina, Golf at Wyndham Rio Mar Resort, Ceiba Port, Vieques and Culebra Islands, Hacienda Caraballi ATV's, Go-Carts and Horseback Riding. Excellent restaurants, bars and Karaoke 5 mins away. Walgreens, Wendy's, Subway Rest, Gas Station and Supermarket right across the street.
