The property is located in Upper Sahali, an easily accessible, safe, family-friendly neighbourhood right across the street from Albert McGowan Park and spray park. It is just one block from public transit with easy access to the highway. A 5 minute drive from shopping and amenities. Front drive parking may be available depending on capacity, but there is plenty of street parking available.

The space
The bedroom is located on the main level of my home which is upstairs. The room is bright with 2 single beds, 2 night tables and closet. There is a 4 piece bathroom that is generally only used by this room. Complimentary towels and toiletries are available. Downstarirs is a well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and more. Complimentary coffe, tea and hot chocolate are availble. Guests are expected to do their dishes and leave the kitchen clean. Price is based on 1 guest with Maximum 2 guests and 10.00 extra charge for second guest.
