I stayed at tim's place with two friends and the apartment was perfect for 3 people. Everything was very clean, the apartment is very cozy and the neighborhood is perfect because very quiet but close to everything we needed ( restaurants, pubs, grocery store, park). We loved having dinner on the balcony, we would definitely go back to this place, if in Sydney again.
Tim made me feel very welcome. He arranged to drop the keys off near my work. Everything he explained and that was listed in the description was true...actually, the place was even better than it looks in the pictures! The balcony and bathroom are great, the open plan style of the apartment is fresh and modern, and the WiFi connection is nice and strong. Tim even said it was okay to dip into the ice-cream in the fridge! As for the location...well, the apartment is literally steps away from The Cross, with cafes on the street and everything else nearby, from restaurants and clubs to Kings Cross train station and Rushcutters Bay. Tim also made himself available via text and even sent through a Happy Easter message, which was a nice touch...along with the Easter eggs that were waiting upon arrival! The only slight issue was street parking (it is the city, after all), but with Tim's advice I quickly figured it out. All in all a lovely experience and I would definitely consider staying here again when I'm in town. Thanks Tim!
