Traditional Spanish farmhouse in private secluded location surrounded by countryside set in gardens in Montgó National Park. Walking distance to village . Enjoying beautiful views across the valley. 15 mins drive to beaches & all amenities.

The space

In the traditional farmhouse style the house is constructed in solid stone with beamed ceilings keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. Set in quiet secluded countryside on hillside you can enjoy the cooler sea breezes in Summer and sheltered from the cold northerly winds in the Winter.

Guest access

The house has 2 large outdoor terraces. The East Terrace is next to the kitchen, surrounded by garden and fruit trees. Large oak table seats 12 comfortably and a seating area at the end of the terrace next to the Olive trees is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a drink.

Inside the kitchen has a small table for 4 and the dining room facing interior patio seats 8. There is a quiet work area here. The Winter living room has a fireplace and UK satellite TV. There is also a DVD player.

The West Terrace by the pool is designed for relaxing and chilling out. A favourite area for reading, siesta and evening drinks!

Interaction with guests

Housekeeper provided for an hour every day as part of the service & will welcome you and show you around. Guests are welcome to extend housekeeping hours upon request by private arrangement.

Other things to note

Water softener provided, all windows have shutters to help keep heat out in hottest months. Ceiling fans in double bedrooms and air con in Master and Guest House. Independent transport is a must, we are located down a country lane! Mosquitos can be a problem in high summer. All rooms have electric mosquito repellers and most bedroom windows have netting but do come prepared, particularly with small children.

Access into pool is via metal steps so not ideally suited for young children or guests with impaired mobility.

Riding, sailing, jet skis, motorboat facilities available in the area. Alternatively, if you prefer the do it yourself version there are many walks around the valley straight out of our door as well as excellent, well signed cycling routes. Nature's bounty at your doorstep.
