Our 3 bed home is close to all the amenities Walthamstow has to offer - market, park, trendy bars & cafes. Just 10 mins walk from the tube so you can explore London. Our huge eat-in kitchen and garden are perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

The space

We recently renovated this Victorian home so you should feel right at home in our spacious house.

Guest access

Full access. We have 2 young sons (age 2 & 5) and lots of toys for visiting children.

Interaction with guests

We will not be on hand but we have friends and neighbours nearby who can help with any problems.

The neighbourhood

Walthamstow is a suburb of London increasingly popular with artists and young families. The area has some great local attractions:
- William Morris Gallery
- Lloyd Park
- Walthamstow Village (lots of bars, cafes and boutique shops)
- Walthamstow Market
- God's Own Junkyard, Gin Palace & Wild Card Brewery

Central London is 20 minutes by tube. Also accessible by public transport is:
- Epping Forest
- the Olympic Park & Village (inc Westfield shopping)
- Hampstead Heath

Getting around

10 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central which is on the Victoria Line and national rail to Liverpool Street. 10 minutes walk to Queens Road Station which is on the Overground.

Other things to note

Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has a junior bed (for children under 7 years old) and a cot (for under 3s).
