My space is a Spacious 2 BHK apartment, centrally located in the Plush locality of Bandra.This apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, spacious Hall, balcony and a fully functional kitchen with induction for cooking lite meals.
My place is centrally located with easy access to carter road, bandstand, Sea link, BKC, airport and many other prominent locations. Most Suited for travellers or groups or family looking for economical stay with close proximity restaurants, cafes and bars.
The space
My space is a 2 BHK apartment with a balcony one bathroom and toilet.
Both the bedrooms are very Spacious and are quipped with AC, Study Table with chair, and comfortable beds. The rooms have windows on the East and the West which allows the sea breeze to flow well.
The first room has double bed with a dressing table and sleeps 2 guests, while the second room has 2 single beds along with a side table as well.
The Living rooms has a 4 seater sofa set with centre table, Smart TV, and AC along with 2 side table and a TV unit/ TV table.
As you enter my space you will see a Covered balcony passage whose windows open towards the street. There is also a cozy table for guests to enjoy their coffee/ Tea at different times of the day.
The kitchen is spacious and has a fully functional Refrigerator, and induction for cooking for lite meals.
My apartment has 1 Bathroom and 1 Toilet which are separate. This enables 1 Guest to use the washroom and 1 guest to use the Bath simultaneously. One more advantage is that multiple properties in Mumbai face water cuts our apartment has unlimited water supply.
The connectivity of my space to various places is very good, located about 2-3 mins walk to carter road and Pali Hill. Distance by Car/ Transport is about 10 mins drive to Bandra Worli Sea Link, 25 mins to the airport, and 20 mins to BKC.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire place.
Other things to note
Some of the points that I would like to highlight for our guests.
Please read & agree to the house rules before booking:
1. Guest has to provide a photo of identity proof (PAN CARD NOT VALID) with address mentioned on it on the email id provided by the host before checking in the apartment.
3. The management is not responsible for any loss of belongings of the guests.
4. Things to note while booking. Kindly note while booking for 2 guests only one room out of the 2 rooms would be allocated. If both the guests want 2 individual rooms then they have to pay extra as per the additional charges. Kindly select the number of guests as 4 and proceed with the booking.
5. No smoking indoors and strictly no drugs.
6. Turn off lights, fans; close the taps when not in use.
7. Keep volumes low so that others in the vicinity have a peaceful stay too.
8. Please close all windows and doors when you leave the property.
9. Promptly let your host know if anything can be done to make your stay better.
10. If a guest brings more than the max occupancy as mentioned in the listing, then they have to pay for the extra guest as applicable.
11. If you damage something, please let us know & arrange for its replacement/repair.
12. Check-out time 11 am and checkin time 2pm or later.
13. Kindly clear all the dues before check-out.
14. Leave our home neat & tidy.
