Large room with en-suite bathroom in a shared apartment. Close to the Estadio Nacional metro station and transportation to access anywhere in Santiago. The room has a double bed, TV, desk and Wi-Fi. The space
New building located in a safe and residential area. The apartment is newly delivered and is of the butterfly type, this means that it has a living room and 2 pieces, each with a bathroom en suite. My room has a balcony and private bathroom, and the room for rent has a double bed, desk, TV, heater, private bathroom and access to a large balcony exclusively for guests, which has a bar table and chairs to enjoy the view. The apartment has all the necessary utensils to cook simple things, and you can also use the washing machine. Entry is through an electronic door, so in general, arrival is coordinated through messages, as I am not always at home. I also have an extra parking space if required, prior coordination and additional payment.
