Newly renovated chalet in front of the Bossons glacier. Just a 5 minute drive to the lifts and Chamonix. Two Living rooms and a fire place, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a jacuzzi with mountain views. Several parking spots. Gorgeous glacier and mountain views.

The space

The house is spacious, bright and has quality furnishings throughout. You will enjoy the comfortable furniture, modern decor and fully equipped kitchens. Flat screen TVs with a big selection of the international channels are in every room as well as Wi-Fi, and Netflix. There are USB outlets throughout the house so you charge devices easily without needing power converters.

The main living area is south facing so you can enjoy the sunshine all day. You can relax inside in front of a fire place or admire the stunning views of Mont Blanc range from the large outdoor balcony. After the day of skiing or hiking you can also unwind in a hot tub in the private garden with the incredible views of the Bossons glacier, Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. On the other side you can see the Brevent cable car.

If you would need a second living room it is based on the ground floor. It features also a Smart TV with a DVD player and direct lawn access. Another fully equipped modern kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower are also located on this floor.

Direct access from outside to the heated ski room where you can keep your skies and boots and during the summer it is a perfect place for the hiking shoes or climbing equipement.

The entire house is at your disposal and you are welcome to use any appliances including a washing machine and a dryer.

The parking space in the front part of the garden can easily fit several cars. If you have an electric car, an external outlet is available in our garden. Please check the pictures to verify if it is compatible with your car charger.

Guests have access to the entire home, garden, hot tub and all furnishings, including dressers, blow dryers, iron and ironing board.

The house is located a few minutes before the center of Chamonix.
It's very convenient to get here, no traffic, and minutes from the tunnel to Italy.

The views are incredible.

Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. An ashtray is available for you.

The pets are not permitted unfortunately because of the floors and furniture.
For your own safety and safety of other guests in our hot tub, please use only plastic glasses and plastic wine glasses provided.

If there are children or more guests than have been listed we regretfully cannot proceed with the rental.

Guests of the guests are not permitted unfortunately because we cannot control who is staying over, it has happened before.

A gorgeous house with modern and stylish furniture, all the comfort you can ask. Check-in and out were smooth and friendly. The one thing to have in mind is that if you want to rent this place in summer you will have to cope with the noise of the road nearby. Once in the house with doors and windows closed it's perfectly silent so for a ski trip that's not a topic, which makes it a very recommendable place to stay.

It is a great house, with great views. The owner and caretaker were great and very communicative. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were. the House is out of town, but made for a nice walk into town when we wanted to; with eye popping views nearly every step.

Steven's place is an extremely well-done, upscale Chalet very close to Central Chamonix. We had the pleasure of staying there for 4 weeks in July of 2017. The overall location is great - a 5-10 minute walk from the Les Bossons bus and train stop which takes you right into Chamonix. In the summer you could easily do it without a car if needed. Views are stunning and look directly up to Mont Blanc and the glaciers below, Le Brévent, and the Aiguille du Midi. The build quality and amenities within the house are second-to-none. TVs in every major room with a huge channel selection, USB chargers in every room, well-constructed bathrooms with wonderful showerheads, heated floors, etc. The appliances are also all brand-new and top of the line - dishwasher, range top, microwave, oven, washer and dryer, etc. The beds are extremely comfortable and linens are nice. Wi-fi was great and there are even two networks so you have coverage over the entire house. It really has a luxury feel inside. There is also a nice hardwood table in the back garden with room for 8-10 for dinner. The only thing that we were surprised about was the noise from the nearby highway. The house is about 10-15 meters from the highway that leads to the Tunnel du Mont Blanc. There is a sound barrier, but it is fairly low and you can see the traffic from the front porch and the upstairs bedroom (along with an amazing view of the mountains). We asked Steven about this before booking and he said that there wasn't any noise, which we found to not be the case. If we slept at night with all of the windows closed and the fans on in the rooms (especially upstairs) it provided some relief. We communicated this with Steven the day after check-in, and he was surprised to hear our concerns, and said that no other group had ever mentioned the noise before. He was nice enough to refund us a night of our stay for our troubles, which was much appreciated. Had we been expecting this it might have been easier, as the rest of the house really is so amazing and was a great fit for our family. As mentioned in another review there is a guardienne that lives on the property, about 5 meters from the hot tub. She was extremely nice and helpful and it was wonderful to have her on the property for questions and if anything came up. We hardly ever saw her and she was not obtrusive in any manner (in fact it was fun to chat with her!)

The chalet is top quality and is even better than the photos show. The outside Jacuzzi with a view of the Mont-blanc is a must do. We rented the place for a long weekend between friends and we enjoyed it very much. The property manager is very friendly, welcoming and at disposal. Location is very good, very close to the road and 5mins car ride from Chamonix city center. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything.

The chalet itself has everything you need to have a good stay, nice, clean, well-situated and sorrounded by an impresive landscape. However, we had some problems with the owner and the property manager that manages the rental. (I) There was no mention that the property manager lives in the same property area, when we thought we were renting an entire home, which by our understanding means the rental of the chalet and the garden for our exclusive use, the reality was different (II) The property manager took at least one picture during our stay of one of the glasses that we accidentally broke in the garden (we know that because the owner sent us the mentioned picture, and we cleaned everything before our departure) - this is completely unacceptable, and a clear violation of our privacy (III) We had several proplems regarding the damages that the owner is claiming to us. He is inputing us some damages that we do not recognize as ours, such as, scratches on the hot tube cover and on the wood, and a TV remote control that apparently is missing. The property manager did the check-out in our presence, but these claims came once we returned back to our country, with no opportunity to check the veracity of the claims (IV) Beyond the high cleaning fee that we paid in advance (EUR 240 for 3 days), the owner is asking us to pay the cleaning of the jacuzzi (refill) as an extra cost Many thanks and kind regards

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful chalet! The kitchen was well equipped. the hot tub was amazing and provided a beautiful view. Steven and the property manager were very helpful and easily contactable. Cars will be needed.

We had a great stay at the chalet! It's exactly as pictured and very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and finished to a very high quality. It has a nice sized kitchen, a big dining table and wood fireplace. The living area is a bit small for a full house but not a problem. Its in a nice quiet neighborhood not far from downtown Chamonix. You definitely need a car, and one with all wheel drive. The driveway is on a hill and you cant get in and out in the winter without all wheel drive.
