Parties/ Large get togethers
We do not allow parties of any kind to take place in the house. The number of people sleeping in the house must match the number of people listed on the reservation. And at no time will there be any more that 6 people allowed at one time on a reservation.

Noise Complaints: We love our neighbors and ask that you respect them. Therefore, any complaints due to excessive noise will incur an automatic loss of security deposit and immediate eviction.

We do not allow smoking of any kind in the house or on the deck. If evidence/damage of this is found there is an automatic loss of security deposit and any damage repair costs.

We do not allow pets of any kind in the house.

We have our sheets and towels cleaned professionally. We put out what we believe is a reasonable amount of towels, etc for our guests. If you open the laundry packages in the laundry room; you will be charged extra $2.50/pound to have them re-cleaned. There are always special circumstances; therefore, just give us call with any questions before you open them.

This is an extraordinary location and layout. I hate to say how much we loved it because I want to come back and have it available. Beautiful place! Incredible access to Union Station and all of downtown Denver. This place is the best.

The whole experience was amazing. This is a great place to stay while exploring Denver. Close to everything by foot or short car ride. The condo has plenty of space and is extremely clean. We were comfortable with our surroundings and enjoyed the park across the street. Thank for sharing your fabulous home with us.

The apartment was huge! It is over 2150 square feet and has 3 bathrooms. The decor is very modern. The master bathroom has a glassed in shower and is very large with two sinks. The enormous walk in closet sits between the bedroom and bathroom. There's a beautiful kitchen with an ultra quiet dishwasher. Nearby is a combo dining room table and pool table. Also there's a nice living room area and separate tv room. The check in process worked like a charm and there were no hitches. The area is very convenient with a cafe across the street and lots of restaurants within walking distance. There's a branch of the Tattered Cover bookstore about a ten minute walk away! Great place.
