Located in a peaceful neighbourhood yet near the centre. This room lacks an openable window, but does have proper natural lighting through a glass window. Room size is 180 square feet including the bathroom.

There are eight private rooms with attached bathrooms and common spaces such as terrace, dinning hall, seating area. Property is not very suitable for elderly since the rooms are on the first floor and the dining area is on the second floor.
