The space is exceptionally private, there is no shared space with us ( the hosts ) other than the drive way.

The space
The little cabin is separated from our main house and is carefully positioned to maximize privacy for both hosts and guests when it was built, accessed through the side gate which is your private entrance. Once entered, you are in your courtyard, a small kitchenette laundry and bathroom are access from here, it's located under our main house ( not attached to your room ) but they are exclusive for your private use and totally blocked off from the host family.

Fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer are provided.

Kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a fry pan for your convenience. There is also an outdoor kitchen with BBQ hot plate and sink for your exclusive use in your courtyard but no oven. A new washing machine has installed in kitchenette area.

Milk, tea and coffee are provided also 2 cold beers in the fridge for you on the day you check in, some snacks too. We don't restock supplies or provide meals.

Step up from your courtyard is the large porch with comfy outdoor lounge ( it is now fully enclosed with fly screen ), slide open the double french doors you are in your sunny air conditioned bedroom, large windows which look out to our well-maintained garden.

We are located in an eco-friendly estate - Coomera Waters, 24-hour security patrol, within the estate, there is a friendly marina village with coffee shop, IGA supermarket, chemist and doctors, the local tavern and restaurant with views looking out over the marina.

The Tavern is very popular with local residents, meals are great and reasonably priced, their daily special ranging from $14.50. You can just walk to the marina village and mix with our local residence.
One more thing to remind all our guest is when driving around this estate please be mindful of the speed limit. Other than that, the northern gold coast location - Coomera is great and unique.

* Major theme parks only a few kilometers away - Dreamworld, Whitewater world, Movie world, Wet and wild, Outback spectacular.

* Gold Coast hinterland - Tambourine Mountain, great tourist attractions

* 30 minutes drive to the world class golden beaches -Surfers Paradise.

* 40 minutes drive to Brisbane
