Welcome to our stylishly refurbished apartment in a charming Modernista townhouse. This stunning top-floor retreat features two double bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living area with high vaulted ceilings, and a large terrace with views. Enjoy high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen and a workspace. Village pool open in summer. Perfect for a relaxing stay in the heart of southeast Spain, close to beautiful hiking trails, beaches, and vibrant local culture.

The space
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom of our charming top-floor apartment in a beautifully refurbished Spanish townhouse from the early 1900s. This spacious 4.3m x 4.2m room features two original wooden, high, external glass-paneled double doors that open to a quaint balcony at the front of the house with views across the village and valley.

The room retains its historical charm with an original patterned tiled floor made from hydraulic cement tiles. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and attractive furniture. USB (B and C) charging points at either side of the bed.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed. A chest of drawers offers ample storage. Desk and chair for working. USB (B and C) charging points at either side of the bed.


Bathroom
Bright and spacious bathroom with modern amenities and vintage charm. Large walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. Traditional wooden vanity with marble countertop and mirror. The ample natural light with high ceilings.

Living Room and Kitchen Diner
The living room and kitchen diner area is the heart of the apartment. The living area has a brown leather sofa, a large comfortable armchair and a coffee table.

The kitchen diner boasts high vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams. The kitchen is equipped with white cabinets, a stone countertop, and all the essentials for cooking. The dining area has a round glass table with comfortable seating for four. The large double-glazed sliding patio doors lead to the terrace, allowing plenty of natural light.

Terrace
The spacious terrace has views of the village and surrounding mountains. This outdoor space is perfect for dining al fresco or simply unwinding. The terrace features a large glass-topped dining table with comfortable cushioned chairs, ideal for enjoying a meal under the open sky.

There’s also a cosy shaded seating area with cushioned chairs and a small coffee table.

Our street has ample parking and there are two additional free parking lots in the village.

Guest access
Communal staircase to the top floor where the apartment is. This is a traditional house with no lift. We have a large workshop and storage area on the ground level where bikes can be safely stored.
