The city of Padua is one of the most beautiful in Italy. At the heart of the Veneto Region, Padua is 30 km from Venice, 30 km from Vicenza, 50 km from Treviso, 80 km from Verona: it is the capital of the frescoes. In addition to those of Giotto in the Scrovegni Chapel, there are countless churches and ancient frescoed halls. Padua is the home of the oldest Italian university, which hosted Galileo Galilei and has among its jewels the Basilica of St. Antonio, a place of pilgrimage from all over the world.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay in the flat, which consisted of the whole top floor of the house. Marina made us feel welcome, and was happy to provide maps and advice. The location is on the No.3 bus route, which was very convenient, or you can walk for about 30-40mins to reach the centre of Padua. All in all, no problems and I'd recommend to others.

Super smooth experience, I actually didn't even met Marina since she was on holidays but some of her family members were here to welcome us and offered great help whenever we needed anything. The flat is well spacious and has AC for these hot summer days. Totally recommend.

My friends and I stayed at Casa Rosemarine in the garden and we were happy with pour time in the apartment. At the time Marina was not in town however her sister was and she was extremely helpful and always aropund to help and recommend places to go and see. We had hired a car and the drive to the town was 5 minutes and really straight forward. The location was also perfect for easy access to the motorway which was brilliant for us as we were travelling around. The apartment itself was clean and quiet and everything you needed was there. In arrival we were left bread, milk, coffee and other bits and bobs which we really appreciated. The apartment is right at the top of the house so is very quiet and peaceful and it overlooks the park that surrounds the house. I would highly recommend staying here.

Flat was as described (quiet, spaceous and a bit out of Padova, but bus station is in front of the house). Hosts were very helpful and made me feel at home during my 1-month stay. Thanks again for everything!

Marina's home is lovely and located in a nice, quiet part of town. When my family and I first arrived, Marina's sister kindly showed us around. The furniture and the yard are absolutely beautiful. Marina and her sister made us feel very welcome in Padua. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Marina!

Marina is a lovely host! She helps with many informations for fine trips in Padova and around. The flat is big and in a nice old fashioned italian style villa. We went twice to Venice, which is very quick and cheap to reach. When you need the public transport have in mind that the bus in front of the house stopps operating at 9 p.m (weekends 8 p.m.) later in the evening you can take the tram which is 20 minutes walk.

We stayed in Marina´s apartment for two months. The apartment itself is very spacious and rustic. You can find there everything needed for longer stay, including oven or washing maschine. Great thing is air condition using also for heating, but in the winter it takes about 1,5-2 days to heat the place up during winter (we arrived in February). The location of the building is calm, with big garden, parking spots etc., literally few steps from bus stop. We reccomend this apartment for people arriving to Padova by car, because it is great starting point for trips in the whole Veneto region. Marina as a host was very nice and polite, helpful with everything we needed, she provided fresh linen regularly and when the internet wasn´t working properly, she did everything she could to solve this problem. Our stay was truly pleasant and highly reccomend this accomodation to other travellers.
