This listing is for the downstairs unit (Unit B) of a duplex. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bedroom and 1 double-queen bedroom, along with multiple bathrooms for convenience.

Located in the Eastern Victorian District, The Eloise is a quintessential Savannah retreat. Because we're in a vibrant city area, you may occasionally hear typical city sounds. We do our best to create a peaceful environment inside the house, but external noises are outside our control.

Guest access
You will have the entire unit to yourselves. Guests are able to self check-in with our smartlock. The code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival by 11 am. The code will not activate until 3 pm.

Other things to note
Per the City of Savannah STVR Ordinances, guests must sign our rental agreement prior to their stay. Failure to sign will lead to a cancellation of your reservation. The link to the rental form will be sent to you after booking.

All guest must be named on the rental agreement. Unregistered guests are not allowed and will be escorted off the property.

Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Do not use glue, tape, pins or 3M hooks on the walls or on the furniture. Any use of these items will result in a repair fine as it will pull paint and finishing off the walls and furniture.
