Located directly across the street from the university in a serene neighborhood, you’ll enjoy DIRECT access to UF with the ability to retreat and recharge after an exhilarating Gator Game! While you’ll be within walking distance of the campus and UF’s stadium, driving is easy, public transit is reliable and accessible, and Gainesville's grid is a cinch to navigate—making it an ideal choice for travelers attending university-related events.

Gainesville is renowned for being the home of the University of Florida, drawing visitors from all over. Here, you can enjoy the convenience of being close to the university without being caught in the hustle and bustle that accompanies Gator games. Midtown, a vibrant hub of dining and nightlife, is only a three-minute drive or a pleasant ten-minute walk away, offering a plethora of bars, restaurants, and cafes for you to explore. Walking along University Ave (heading west) will take you directly to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium: the epicenter of the university.

Our property is also conveniently accessible to 13th St and University Ave, two main arteries that can take you to UF, Shands, the VA, North Florida Hospital, and anywhere else in town within 15 minutes thanks to Gainesville's easy-to-navigate grid system.

Guest access
Guests are granted unrestricted access to the entirety of the house, encompassing the front yard, backyard, driveway, all bedrooms, laundry room, and two bathrooms. The only exception is the cleaners' closets, safeguarded with a securely locked key.
Other things to note
While we warmly embrace our furry friends on our property, we kindly ask that our non-human companions refrain from accessing the furniture, including beds and seating. We suggest bringing along a crate or dog bed for their comfort during your stay.
We also ask that out guests please refrain from moving furniture around. This is to eliminate potential safety hazards for you and our team. If things need to be adjusted please reach out to us so we can make reasonable accommodations.
