Located in Hope Pastures, at the Blue Mountains foothills, our home is 5 min walk from Hope Botanical Gardens, Uptown Liganea Hub, Bob Marley Museum, University of the West Indies, University of Technology, and Mountain Springs are 5 mins drive. Easy access to all kinds of transportation.
Furnished 1 or 2 bedroom with private bathroom located on a quiet corner lot that can house up to 4 guests per night in a separate wing of our home.
Shared full kitchen available or you may choose to order from our traditional Jamaican breakfast or dinner at an additional cost.
The space is light and airy with front and back verandas for easy relaxing overlooking the Mona Reservoir and looking up Blue Mountains close by. Feel free to hang out in any part of the living spaces.

There's lots of yard space and an abundant garden we source a lot of our food from.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, living spaces; Front veranda, covered car port allow for cool outdoor atmosphere. Greenery all around the house makes is cozy and Auntie Karlene harvests and cooks yummy traditional Jamaican meals from her Honey Pot Garden. Breakfast & Dinner available for additional cost with advanced notice.
Interaction with guests
Entirely up to you! Grandma K lives in one of the wings of our family home. Guest spaces share their own bathrooms, and everyone shares a common kitchen, living room, dining room, car porch, parking can be shared (two gates).
Other things to note
No drugs, pets, smoking inside the house. We welcome guests to share the space and enjoy the atmosphere.
Kitchen rules - all dishes must be washed and put away at all times; feel free to make meals at you rconvenience; guests will have a space in cupboard and their own fridge; security is important in Kingston, so doors and gates must be locked when leaving the house. No curfew, however it's good to let us know when you leave at nights if returning late.
