Please note that to ensure your safety and comply with the rules of the Copan Building, you must send us a copy of a personal document (ID, Driver's License, Passport) of each of the guests before your arrival. This is a requirement of the administration due to the large number of residents in the condominium, which exceeds 2,500 people. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Other things to note
Copan is one of São Paulo's most iconic and historic buildings, over 60 years old, located in the heart of the city. Because it is an old building, the power grid is limited. To avoid power outages, we recommend not using multiple electronics at the same time. Using only one at a time, everything will work normally.
The restoration work on the building has already been completed in the area where this apartment is located, ensuring a clear view without the protective screen.
Copan is a residential building with more than 1,000 apartments, which makes it impossible to control all units. Therefore, it is natural that there are occasional noises. During weekdays, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., there may be noise due to internal movement or minor maintenance work.
