Full of glorious sunlight, with the city of Lisbon at your feet: sweeping views in every room over Lisbon, down to the Tejo River. Close to the center but on a quiet street. Private terrace with gas BBQ, outdoor dining… You'll never want to go home!
This beautifully restored 19th-century townhouse is perched directly above Lisbon's Praca dos Restauradores... and is just 8 minutes walk to the Rossio, the city's main plaza, with easy access to every possible point of interest for tourists, conference goers and business travelers.
With 180º views, you are surrounded by Lisbon's charm from the moment you awake until you fall asleep to the soft glow of the city's twinkling lights.
Casa Villa Serra’s multi-level design provides privacy for couples or extended families traveling together. Despite interior stairs, child safety gates can be provided to make the house suitable for toddlers and young children.
Stretch out or dine on your sunny terrace, wander the medieval lanes, feed the ducks—and the chickens!—at the local park. Enjoy the bustling "Chiado" and frenetic "Bairro Alto" (10-15 minutes walk away) knowing you can leave those areas behind, returning home to sleep in your refreshingly residential neighborhood.
(Our delightfully quiet, hidden lane consists of some of the very few private homes to be found in central Lisbon. The charming, famous neighbors are an added bonus.)
Let us share our love of Lisbon with you. At Casa Villa Serra, the best of Lisbon is at your feet.
Guests will have access to the entire house and the terrace.
Children of all ages are welcome. We provide safety gates for the stairs.
** Please note that the house is located at the top of a small hill and has interior stairs. As such, it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. **

protect ourselves from the crashing dollar, we decided to panic -- no,
wait -- we diversified into €uro-zone real estate and launched our first
Ten years on, we couldn't be more pleased with the result: sharing our love of the Portuguese people and culture with guests from around the world has been a delight.
We never get tired of watching people fall in love with Lisbon!
