As a self-builder/carpenter,this is my latest build project. A modern contemporary open plan home.Newly finished for 2016.

The space
The house is great for relaxing in with the family after a nice day out around Cornwall somewhere or at the beach .Porth beach being just 5 minute walk away is an excellent family beach. lusty glaze beach/restaurant 10 minutes walking across the cliffs.
also Watergate bay is only a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk across the cliffs heading north.

Other things to note
Its a quite family location here and I like to respect the neighbours by asking my guests to respect this.

Neighbourhood highlights

I really like the neighbourhood where the house is as its quiet and family orientated. The beach / beaches are walking distance as is a local pub. Porth beach is a great family beach patrolled by lifeguards but also one of newquays safest family beaches.
A little further walk over the cliff is lustyglaze beach which is good for surfing. It also has live music nights and a great restaurant.
A longer walk in the other direction north (30mins) or drive ( 5mins ) is watergate bay which is great for the family, surfing or relaxing on the golden sand beach etc.Also it has Jamie Oliver's 15 restaurant among other nice places to eat down on the beach.
