The space

Spacious 4 bedroom 4 bathroom with a full sized swimming pool completed by a gazebo dining area and for your convenience directly in front of the property up to 60ft. of various secure docking options included water and electric available for additional. Located within the gates of the prestigious Great Abaco Club community adjacent to Abaco Beach Resort and Boat Harbour Marina.
Lots of charm and character throughout , enter via the 10ft. custom wooden door with a galleon ship carving into a large foyer with a vaulted skylight. Two bedrooms on either side of the foyer each with their own private bathroom. Full laundry in a closet in the foyer with side by side full sized washer and dryer.
Through the foyer to the open concept kitchen, dining and living areas overlooking the canal. The living rooms focal point is over the canal taking advantage of the water views through oversized wall to wall windows. Bonus wet bar in the living area to the left of the breakfast bar perfect for cocktail hour.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cook top stove and electric oven, a side by side fridge/freezer with a water and ice dispenser, stainless double sink with a garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster and a large microwave over the stove also inclusive of plates, bowls, silverware and tons of cookware.
Dining room with formal seating for 8 + 4 additional at the bar stools at the breakfast bar coming off the kitchen counter. Enjoy views through a sliding glass door out to the screened Bahama Room and to the canal which can also be used for an indoor outdoor dining option with extra seating for 6.
From the Bahama Room view out on the canal and over to the pool so parents can easily enjoy watching their children from the comfort of a screened in area. Or beside them at the poolside Gazebo in the shade or enjoy the great patio furniture on the expansive deck surround the pool, while soaking up the Bahamian sunshine.
Master bedroom with a king sized bed and extra bonus feature private entrance/exit through the sliding doors of the Bahama Room. En-suite bathroom features his and her sinks and a large jetted bathtub.
The guest bedrooms have the option of 3 sets of twins or 3 Kings with advanced notice normally staged as 1 king and 2 sets of twins. All bedrooms have their own bathroom 2 en-suite and one of them offers hallway access for easy convenience. One of the bathrooms has a large glass enclosed shower stall and the other two have bathtubs.

House Rules

Terms & Conditions:
All of our accommodations are for personal use, events must be pre-approved through our office and written permission granted by us from the individual owner.
Peaceful enjoyment rule: No loud gathering or parties late at night at the rental unit so as to disturb other guests and owners
Some homes have dockage available for boats but none of our homes allow any live- aboards. If water and electric are available on the dock an additional fee may be assessed.
Locked pantries and closets are off limits and are owners personal storage
No pets are allowed in the home or premises without pre-approved and written permission granted by us from the individual owner.
Rearranging of furniture or removal of any items from the home is prohibited.
Outside furniture is not to be taken off of the premises.
No drugs or other illegal substances are allowed in the rental or on the premises
No smoking in the home
Total number of persons allowed in the home is restricted to the number of persons booked and paid for.
Any vehicles, boats, bikes or other items that is not included in the home rental shall not be used or moved from the premises.
Loss of key or lock out of unit will result in a service fee of $10 to replace key and may be susceptible to a further charge for an agent to come and open the unit if after hours, Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday.
Some of our homes are located in club communities that may have their own additional covenants and regulations, which will be provided to you on the rental agreement prior to confirming booking.
Please ensure that all party members are aware of all of our terms and conditions and abide by them. Anyone not adhering to our rental terms and conditions will be given a verbal warning which if not adhered to may result in the immediate eviction, and forfeit of entire rent.
Liability:
The renter agrees to hold the Rental Agent and Home Owner harmless for any and all liability for personal injury, loss of life and damage to personal property.
The use of homes facilities and premises is at the sole risk of the renter.
All concierge items will be confirmed through our office and confirmed independently through the individual companies/tour operators booked with and liability if any will be confirmed to you by the subcontracted companies as per their individual agreements with you.

The location was FANTASTIC, however, the property was not well maintained. All of the pool chairs were broken, the utensils were old, the rooms were bare etc. Overall the property just needs to be better taken care of! Lydia- was wonderful and very easy to communicate with.
