Our 6th Floor condo at The Gulfview II gives you great beach access without having to pay for beach front prices. Our private balcony faces south so you get lots of sunshine in the winter months and all year round you can see the Islan Blanca Park, the Jetties, and you see ships passing through the Brazos Santiago Pass. Located just behind the Sea Vista condominiums, AND right next door to Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark you are just a three minutes walk down the sidewalk to the beach.
The Gulfview has a big swimming pool, three tennis courts, air conditioned clubhouse/w restrooms poolside, two hot tubs, and BBQ grill. Coin-op laundry on 2nd floor. 120/130 Padre Blvd. 1/4 mile south of the bridge.
Rental includes one free parking pass

You have access to the entire condominium.
The coin op laundry is on the second floor and if the door is locked it will open with your room key.
You also have access to the gated amenities area where will find the large pool, hot tub, and picnic area with BBQ grills and picnic tables.
You have access to the beach access which is just across the parking lot on the north side of the Schlitterbahn Hotel.

I supply 6 large bath towels, 6 washcloths, 1 hand towel for the bathroom
1 tea towel, and 1 dish rag for the kitchen

1 small hand soap in the bathroom.
Coffee filters are provided.
You would need to bring beach & pool towels.
Daily towel exchange is available at an off site location. Towel delivery and house keeping services can be arranged for an additional fee.
-The combined state and municipal occupancyl tax is 17%. As of May 1, Airbnb collects the 6% state occupancy tax in their quote which leaves the remaining 11% municipal and county portion of the hotel tax to be collected on arrival. You will pay the 11% municipal and county occupancy tax when you check in at our property managers 24 hour guest welcome center.
-One parking permit is issued per rental
-Resort wristband is required during certain times of the year to enter the pool, hot tub, and grilling/picnic area. The wristband will be put on the wrist of each member of your group when you check in
-Pool hours are 8AM to 10PM

-$38 per person resort fee is due at time of arrival.
