Nico is really good and careful host ever. If I ever go Rome I will take Noico's apartment for sure. He is very accurate and friendly person.

This is a great place to stay. Slightly outside with the city center, there is public transportation nearby to get into the city very quickly. Nico is a very generous and friendly host, who is open to share everything you want to know about Rome. Having grown up in the area, he provides some great insights and conversation pieces! Most importantly, the place is super clean! Nico is also very considerate, making this a very pleasant stay.

Nico's place is great for solo travelers. His place is super clean and neat. There's a great view of the sunset from your room. It's also walking distance to the Vatican, the metro/bus station, and a local grocery store. The only thing is that the bathroom is connected to the bedroom rather than the living room so if you're keen on having privacy, this might not be the ideal place for you.

I totally recommend this accommodation for guests who are fond of a good conversation with a local, guests who are interested in useful tips about their time in Rome (best places, especially information about Vatican, local food, transportation) and just want to find a warm welcome. Nico really became my friend, and I appreciate our nice evenings with plenty of talking about everything, pasta cooking lessons (he treats himself like a bad cook, but it's not true :), all times he picked me up after a long walks (his manner of driving is also a special Italian experience! :) On the other hand, if you prefer privacy, it is a good place too (Nico is really polite and delicate), but consider that bathroom door is located in your room, and you have to leave your room unlocked. Everything is clean, enough dishes for cooking, the mattress and pillows are pretty comfortable! The location is also good, walking distance to Vatican, bus and underground stops very close to the apartment. Definitely, I will choose only this accommodation if I come back (sure I'll come back) Rome again.

Me and my friend spent really nice time in Nico's home. The flat was very clean and fantastic located. Just 10 minutes to Vatican and about 30 minutes to Trastevere by foot. Near this flat is also bus station (1 minute) and metro station (about 10 minutes). Nico was very funny, talkative and helpful. And he also does amazing coffee! But after 5 days of our time in Rome Nico suddenly said to us that we must move out today immediately. That was really stressful and uncomfortable because we try to be a nice guest and that thing wasn't about us but about private NIco's things. We don't really understand this situation but fortunately Nico was ok with us, he gave us money back and drive to new host (we found new place in 10 minutes). Anyway, that five days was really good and thanks Nico for that!

Nico is a very friendly host! He was easily reachable through messaging, and he even picked us up from the shuttle stop. The room and the bathroom were both clean and bright. The apartment was also very close to the Metro and the bus stop.
