This apartment, brand new!, completely renovated in June 2024. It is located in the Punta Brava neighborhood, at the foot of beach. The sea and ocean-inspired accommodation is energy self-sufficient and consists of everything you need for your stay.

The living-dining room has a comfortable armchair-bed, a charming coffee table and a 50-inch smart TV, the dining room has a table and chairs with capacity for 5 people, and finally, the fully equipped kitchen has ceramic hob, microwave oven, extractor hood, a spacious refrigerator and small appliances to facilitate any task.
Rest peacefully in our bedroom, with a 160x200cm double bed, wardrobe, desk. The second bedroom has a 90*180cm trundle bed.
