Andrew's house was amazing. It's located on the main street close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach is only 2 blocks away. The open kitchen/terrace is perfect for breakfast and to chill out. A/C in the rooms, several ceiling fans and the open concept keep the house (EMAIL HIDDEN)munication with Andrew was excellent and check in/out very convenient.

The accommodation was wonderful. Great location, just a few minutes from the beach. Lots of choices for food all around. Coffee shop next door. Andrew made it very easy for us to find the place and get access. There's a nice backyard with a patio table and bbq. The beds were very comfortable, the room temperature was perfect - didn't even need the a/c on. The kitchen has everything you need, including a filtered water stand. The balcony is lovely for relaxing. Basically we had no complaints whatsoever. The lock box is also perfect, you never have to carry a key. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

Andrew's place is amazing. It is really close to the beach and is in the main street of San Pancho so you really feel like you are a part of the local town life. The apartment is very stylish, well appointed and extremely comfortable. I can't wait to stay there again!

Andrew was great from the outset, with really good communication and clear, easy-to-follow directions to the apartment. The apartment was fantastic and, if possible, even cooler than it looks in the photos. My wife and I loved it. It was absolutely spotless and we were just blown away by the palapa, the location and the overall coolness of the place. It really is special. It's located on the main street in San Pancho, a 3-minute walk from the beach. There's a wonderful coffee shop two doors down, a small bodega across the street to stock up on beer and tons of places to eat, from sit-down restaurants to really great family places and a little bit of everything in between. The spacious front porch is glorious and makes a great spot to spend a day or five sitting back, reading a book, sipping a Pacifico and watching the ebb and flow of village life on the street below. The main living space is lovely. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but the beds are incredibly comfortable and the linens were crisp and luxurious. I slept like a rock. There's a really nice shower with great hot water in the tidy little bathroom and tons of beautiful brick and tile. San Pancho is a really cool town, with a very relaxed vibe, great food everywhere and some of the nicest locals I've ever met. We loved it. The apartment, being on the main drag (which is really just a narrow street shared by cars, delivery vans, pedestrians, skateboarders, barefoot surfers, dogs, horses and the occasional extremely brave cat) gets a little more noise than if it were a block or two away but things get going later in the morning and tend to quiet down fairly early in the evening so I never had an issue with it. If you're looking for absolute solitude you might be disappointed, although probably not. If you enjoy being in town you'll absolutely love it. Getting to San Pancho from PVR is super easy. We just hopped a local bus from the airport to Sayulita ($35 pesos each) then took a cab ($150 pesos, or about $7.50 US) but next time we'll just take the local bus all the way to San Pancho ($45 pesos), get dropped off on the main highway and walk 20 minutes to the apartment, probably stopping to eat three times along the way. I'm already scheming to open up another week or two in my schedule so I can get back to San Pancho and Andrew's apartment will be top on my list. My wife and I loved it and can't wait to get back, hopefully you will too.

This place is really funky and unique. In fact, my girlfriend commented that in her opinion, it is the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at (out of a lot)! The bedrooms are small, but the common area is great for hanging out. The porch is magnificent. Highly recommended!

Great place just blocks to town, we loved staying here! The cute porch overlooking the main street was our favorite part.
