1. About presenting your passport
In Japan, foreign travelers are required to verify their identity when using private lodging.
If you are a foreign traveler, please submit a copy of your passport.

3. Regarding noise
Be careful with the noise and volume.
This is a residential building.
Residents also live there.
If there is a complaint that is noisy, the staff may come by.
If you arrive, you will be charged 10,000 yen as a handling fee and you will be asked to leave the room.
Please be quiet especially after 9 pm to respect the neighbors.
4. About check-in and check-out time

Early check-in is after 14:00, and if you want to keep your luggage early, you can do it after 12:00.
If you want to delay the check-out time (late check-out), you can also do it by 12 o'clock.
However, please contact us in advance as we may not be able to accept it depending on the accommodation status before and after.

5. Rules for pets
Pets that can be ■accommodated
Small dog cats (pets) are well-trained indoors and basic discipline (toilets, unnecessary barking, nails, jumping, etc.).
Pets that may inadvertently bite are not allowed.
Please consult with us for pets other than dogs and cats.
We do not limit the number of pets to bring, but please bring them within the control of the owner.
Please bring all pets (cages, toilets, pet food, food bowls, etc.) with you.
Please carry out shampoo, grooming, and excretion in advance before your stay.
* We do not allow brushing in the rooms.
Please let pets sleep in a private cage or bed. * It is strictly forbidden to put on a person's bed, mattress, or futon.
Be sure to dispose of feces in the building, in the parking lot, and in the surrounding area.
If you have a rough appearance other than the toilet, please be sure to report the place where the owner is clean and the rough appearance.
* If it is rough on the sofa or bedding, we will charge a cleaning fee for hygiene reasons.
Please clean the toilet at check-out, take the hair loss with adhesive tape, etc.
We are not responsible for any pet problems or accidents in the building or on the premises.Please take care of it responsibly by you.
If the above content is not respected, we will charge you a minimum cleaning fee of 5,000 yen + corresponding treatment costs.Please be aware.
