The apartment is decorated in minimalist style, and is fully equipped with modern appliances and Wi-Fi. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed for one person in the living room.

The neighbourhood, El barrio de Huertas, also known as Las Letras, is one of the oldest and most authentic neighbourhoods of Madrid, filled with antique dealers, and countless shops selling vintage furniture, clothes, and jewellery.
This is the place to taste Madrid’s finest cuisine and enjoy its proverbial nightlife. Plaza Santa Ana is one of the hotspots with numerous bars and restaurants, as well as a theatre. A cinema theatre showing films in original version (undubbed) is a short walk away (Cines Ideal).
Interested in arts? The world-renowned Museo Reina Sofia and Museo del Prado, The CaixaForum Museum and many other art galleries are within walking distance from the apartment.
The Puerta del Sol, marking the very centre of Spain’s capital, is only a one-minute walk away from the apartment, as are the picturesque Plaza Mayor and the lively Mercado de San Miguel (the place to go for tapas).
If walking is not an option, all types of public transport are easily accessible. There are several metro and bus stations in the immediate vicinity with connections to anywhere around the city.
Strolling around the city is a great way of discovering Madrid, however there are other options: from the metro station Sol you can take metro lines 1, 2 and 3, as well as the suburban trains Cercanias C-3 and C-4, and bus lines all around the clock.
