Welcome to our cozy, updated, beach condo! It is the perfect space for you to spend your days and nights with family and friends. It is a bright and clean condo that you can feel right at home in whether you decide to stay for days, weeks, or months. The Beach Nest is perfectly situated super close to the pool (1 minute walk) and a very short (less than 5 minute), beautiful walk to the natural beach.

The space
Make yourself at home while you watch the fireplace and enjoy coffee from the coffee bar. The kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals or ordering in for the evening! The bathrooms are clean and fresh so you can feel great while taking a shower or a bath.
The best thing is that we are located on the 1st floor, so you won't have to walk far with your luggage and beach bags! Five steps is all you have to climb.
Our condo has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably in those rooms.

Please note that you will need to pay $25 for a parking permit once you enter the property. Each additional car is $5. Credit cards is the only payment that is accepted.

Parking- $25 (credit card only) fee paid at entrance. Each additional car is $5.
Once booked, you will receive a link to complete the rental agreement. 7 days prior to check in a $500 hold will be placed on your credit card for a security deposit. It will be released 5 days after check out as long as there is no damage to the condo.
